Lost Packages:

• In the rare case of a lost package, we will replace the item at no extra cost to you.

Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged or not as described.

• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be returned in original condition.

Custom Orders:

• Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Cancellations:

• Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
