Welcome to Lone Star Cosplay! Please review the following policies before placing your order.

Order Processing Time

• Standard orders ship within 14 business days.

• Custom-made full body suits ship within 4–6 weeks.

• Rush orders and express shipping upgrades are available. Please contact us before purchasing for more details.

Shipping Policies

• We ship worldwide with tracking included on all orders.

• Tracking information will be provided once your order is shipped.

• In the event of a lost package, we will replace the item at no extra cost.

Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

• Returns, exchanges, and refunds are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or not as described.

• Requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be returned in their original condition.

Custom Orders

• Custom-made items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

• Exchanges for custom items are only accepted if the item arrives damaged or not as described.

Payment Methods

• We accept payments through Shop Pay (Shopify Payments).

Order Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

• Cancellations after 24 hours will incur a 10-25% cancellation fee.

Intellectual Property

• All designs, artworks, and product photos are copyrighted and owned by Lone Star Cosplay.

• Unauthorized use of any images or designs is prohibited.
