• You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.

• Items must be returned in original condition.

Custom Orders:

• Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Cancellations:

• Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.

• Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee
