This cosplay prop is made to order, I will make it only for you ◡̈ You are free to ask for any custom changes, color changes will be free but adding more time to the work would be charged +hr. You can ask for customization latest 24 hr after ordered and of course anytime before ordering.

All items are made to order so please beware there will be a production time. Feel free to ask for a rush order in need.

I sent the packages from Houston\TX. Shipping would take 2 days for TX and 3-5 days for other states. International packages might take 10-20 days. In every case express shipping is an option. I can provide 1-day shipping in US.

If your item arrives broken or bent (yes it's possible, because rarely boxes get so hot in shipping) I will be happy to replace it with express shipping.

Since this is a custom order and made only for you, I don't accept returns after you get what you pay for. You can cancel your order in 24 hr without any fees. After the 24 hr I'll do my best to not charge you anything, but you might need to pay a small cancellation fee.

Refund Policy

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges:

Refunds, returns, or exchanges are only offered if the item arrives damaged or not as described.
You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange.
Items must be returned in original condition.

Custom Orders:

Custom items are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

Cancellations:

Cancel within 24 hours for a full refund.
Cancellations after 24 hours are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Seller made my prop in custom colors, was very helpful for the process. The prop is solidly made, very chunky, and game-accurate. The gold parts above and below the grip kind of poke into my hands but 30 seconds with a file has mostly removed that as an issue.

It is a great gift for my brother. It was exactly what it was described.

It's a wonderful item and very well made, however it took far longer than advertised to arrive. Other than that the person who received it as a gift was thrilled.
